Our core business is Building, Electrical installation, Structural cabling and Road Con-struction and maintenance. The company specializes in putting up of new roads and allied structures (structural steel, masonry, reinforced concrete, timber and composite struc-tures) as well as the maintenance / refurbishments remodeling of existing ones.
The company has also been involved in other civil works such as construction of parking bays, sewer systems, water supply and sanitation systems, installation of telecommunica-tion equipment, etc.
Our reliability is backed by the fact that, depending on the size and scope, we undertake to do most jobs at our own cost and payments made after completion and final inspection. However, for large projects, a mobilization fee is required prior to works commencement but this is usually subject to negotiation.
All bids submitted by the company are accompanied by a detailed quotation and a project sheet. The project sheet highlights the project duration as this is given utmost regard. Timely delivery of completed sites is one of our core values as a company.
